After taking a fragment, I wanted to NOT take any other action, reserving my chance to hit the Buy Tree spot on the track next turn.
However, the game forced me to take an action without passing, despite the rules saying a player CAN take an action, not MUST take an action.• このゲームアクションを引き起こす為に何を試みましたか?

I only have one action possible: buy cards. After I buy a card the next option displayed is: restart turn. Even if I hit the: dont buy any card option, the only posible move after is "restart turn". Cant even pass my turn to continue play.
