I think the limits should be checked.
30 defence tokens ( I had not found information about maximum defence tokens in game but me and opponent both was having more than 30 on turn 234)
12 level 1 blue dice

Enforced dice pools. There are only 12 blue dice and 8 red dice. Enforcing this means players will need to think carefully about the abilities they choose. If a player passes and keeps some dice, they will reduce the amount dice available to the opponent.
