#107118: "Add a Restart Turn option"

Similar to other game implementations with multi-step turns that don't impact other players, this game would benefit from a Restart Turn option rather than having to manually hit undo for each step taken in the current turn.

I've had several instances where I've taken both actions (or even a third with the token) and decided I didn't like the final board state and wanted to reset back to the beginning and try a different combination of actions.
