Based on my position in the Jolly Roger, at the very front of the ship, I should have been captain, but instead the 3rd in line player got to pick where to store the Roger's initial treasure and to act first in the game.• ルールの間違いはゲームのリプレイで確認できますか?そうであれば、行動番号は何番ですか?

Do you have a picture of before they moved to the rowboat? The replay doesn't let me go back for some reason.

Well, I feel stupid now. When I replayed from the beginning it's clear that the player who acted first was in fact the Jolly Roger captain. This is my first play and I didn't realize that immediately upon a player exiting the ship those behind them move up to fill the gap. Sorry for jumping the gun. :/
