This isn't technically a bug, but I think I can make the UI a bit more strict here. The code lets you choose one OR two cards. If you only want to see one (or there is only one available), then it lets you do that.
But, I can't think of any good reasons a person would ever want to only see one card, so, I'll look at changing the code to force the player to select 2 cards.

I would say if you have only selected one, it just needs to confirm that is really your intent.
