I don't understand the explanation that it's not a bug. I should have 3 mana cards under this spell, but I have 5. This way this spell is useless if I can only use every 5 turns.

I was going to report this issue as well, but think I figured out why it is not a bug. It is not that you draw 3 cards and only place one and return the rest to the deck, but that you place ANY AND ALL of the 3 cards you draw that have a power of one onto your spell. If all 3 cards you draw are a power of one, they all get placed onto the spell. Hope this helps.
