I played "Big Hit +2M" and did not receive any cards. I did not see the opponent discard either.

I think the opponent had pulled their goalie, so that may have been related.
ANOTHER ISSUE
Earlier in the game (I think when it went 3-1 to 3-2) the opponent got a penalty, and it said I pulled a goalie, but I didn't get a 6th card. This seemed related to the deck running out during the play.

Something wnt wrong in this game with the momentum card management, that's true. I have applied a little change in the code, but that might not be the final solution to this bug.

I'd like to add to this report of Momentum card issue.
Game was table 40710679, move 66.
I played Big Hit, which should give me 2 cards, then since the puck was loose it drew a card which resulted in a fight, which I won. I should've technically drawn 4 cards, but was only prompted to draw 2 from winning the fight.
Was playing on my iPad. 4th generation running iOS 10.3.3

I had something similar happen tonight. Game 47095165. I made a super save, so it said I should have been able to draw up to 2 cards. It only let me draw 1, leaving 2 left in the deck. My opponent then was able to move the puck, shoot and score a goal to tie the game with the last card in the deck and force overtime.

Have witnessed this myself in game 52685584. It did the same to us yesterday, leaving at least our version of the bug to consistent to the following scenario:
One player needs to discard, the other should be drawing. It does the discard, but never does the drawing.

If I understand the log fragment correctly, everything was correct.
The combined "Discarding and drawing" action with momentum cards is always a difference.
Example: You may draw 2 cards, your opponent has 6. He discards 1 down to 5, and then you just draw 1 card (2 minus 1 = 1).
In the case reported the opponent had to discard 3 cards, but you gained only +2 momentum. So there is no momentum left (2 minus 3 = -1).
I set this report to fixed now.
