I tried to cast Time Distortion on Windstorm that just got one extra mana from the deck and Stone Crush.• このゲームアクションを引き起こす為に何を試みましたか?
I tried to cast Time Distortion on Windstorm that just got one extra mana from the deck and Stone Crush, it undid the move and returned the mana from Time Distortion back to my hand. I had to choose Sleight of Hand and Stone Crush instead and that worked fine. I assume it has to do with the extra card that was added to Windstorm.• これを行おうとしたときに何が起こりましたか?(エラーメッセージ、ステータスバーメッセージ、他)
Mana cards from time distortion were returned to my hand.
I did not record the message, but it was in the following game at move 25.

F5 did not resolve the problem, and I tried it twice, but it would not let me do the action onto Windstorm with 2 mana on it.

"Mana cards from time distortion were returned to my hand." - That's correct. The card text says "pick up", not "discard". See also the example on page 12 of the rules.

The mana paid for time distortion was returned, similar to the undo action, not the mana from the cards.

I had the same problem again at: boardgamearena.com/table?table=408740935 (at the very end of the game). Got the "unstable interface press f5", but this time after f5 I wanted to do a screenshot. But it worked after the second time, so it might not be fully broken. Btw. other than that the implementation is great! Thx!

The problem comes from the the card you put from the revealed zone (ex: Windstorm and Bad Fortune).
The "double move" put the card bottom the mana cool down deck. So F5 makes the game work again.
