I have only played 1.5 games so far, and so far I've found it very easy to do the wrong thing...
* Click the card I want from the display, then accidentally click "take the top card" and get a card from the deck instead
* Knowing to click the *destination tile* to deliver a passenger, rather than the passenger, or the NAME of the destination
* Accidentally doing a special delivery instead of delivering passengers to their destination
* Click a card I want to load as a good, and get an error message about building that card (I guess the default if you click a card is to build it -- I might suggest loading is more common)
Also, the confirmation button when you click "finish delivery" is nice -- if you had something else you could deliver, but if you have nothing to deliver, then it's unnecessary and confusing - makes me think I missed something
Meanwhile, when I clicked Special Delivery and wasted my 2 passengers for 4 cards instead of 7 cards and more passengers on my train (I had caboose 8, so the free load actions from delivering the passengers would have given me 2 more cards each), there was no "are you sure you want to discard 2 passengers for 4 cards?"
I think some of that could be more intuitive and user friendly, and/or undo buttons could help -
