At the end of the game, I didn't get a prompt to buy medals with my leftover money. It was automatically converted into victory points. The game-log suggests that it was checked twice whether my opponent was able to buy medals and it wasn't checked for me.

At move 126, the line "darknngel can't buy medals. Moving forward." is repeated twice. The line "Harbinger87 can't buy medals. Moving forward." doesn't appear at all.

Hi, I've been checking this and the only issue is the player name in the message, I've already fixed it. In this case you could not buy medals as the cost in epoch III is 20 for silver and 30 for gold and you had 18 coins and you didn't have the card to reduce it. In fact, your opponent has that card, but he can't buy because he already has the four medals.
If you see the game replay, at the end the help legend for the medals costs shows 9 and 12, but it's a replay issue, during the game it shows correctly (if you can buy medals).
