for asynch games it would save alot of note taking, maybe add a small icon to indicate it is hidden for the rest of the players

This game is an information and gambling game; therefore the information should be as accessible to players as possible.
IMO:
1. This player preference should default to on.
2. Additionally some form of mark to show the player this card is a face down card they have information on would be appreciated -- e.g. an eye icon and/or slightly greying out the card

I checked with BGA admin and he decided to be as default off.
