I have no button but the other two have said to continue but I do not have this option.
Please enable us to continue, as we'd been playing for almost a year!!!

Creating a new game with the same player and continue campaign worked!
It had saved all the game information, and we are able to continue.

We hadn't needed to do that before. I wonder if a message somewhere saying do this is needed?
