At the end of the game it was saying that we had 2 slices remaining with "Guess you won't starve!" but we had 3 slices left.
I check the replay and it looks fine there (saying 3 pizza with message "Pretty good") • あなたのブラウザは何ですか?

I think this shift (could to be -1 slice) may have happened already in previous games, but cannot be seen in replays.

Thank you. It looks like it is subtracting the pizza from Round 4 twice when it generates the pop-up in Turn-Based mode. I'll look into this.
