I just meant to expand a line but bumped the button to finish the action before actually doing anything. It would help to have a confirm button.

This happened to me on table 488998457. I think I accidentally double clicked on the Expand button and the interface took it as Expand and then don't expand anything (who would choose to expand and then not even expand once, really?). No confirm, no undo, lost turn.
