My opponent should be able to build his Shipyard as a hidden unit then. And I shouldn't know if he upgraded any technologies on his shipyards or Bases. Technology is only revealed in Combat, so technically the tooltip should show what was last revealed, not what is the actual level.
I have not played instant upgrades so I don't know how it works there.

Player should have the option to build a Hidden dock as another counter, though. I am not sure if mouse over will show any upgrade bought in the econ phase the SY is visible.

2022年12月10日 17:02 • OK, suggestion : if counters are available, new build units will use a NEW counter if already build units are revealed.If no counters are available, new build units will increment group count of an already build unit.
If units are not revealed, last case is used too.
In any case, after build phase, at player turn, units can be merged (all hidden).

Otherwise, it makes it really obvious when you build fighters (it would also be good to be able to move several counters at the same time for the same reason).
