I attempted to hover over some of the cards in order to zoom in and some of them caused a screen flicker instead of displaying the hover tip. On cards with defective hover, the click function is also not working.
This was reported previously and suspected to be a BGA issue, however I've confirmed it's not happening on my other BGA games or any other tabs on my computer.

This has been observed on 2 different computers.
F5 was not resolving it today, however we did notice that after refresh the previous time, the specific cards affected changed. No pattern was detected.
We have seen this effect on artifacts, artifact in hand and traders.

So, you cannot click on the cards cause you don't have enough resources to buy them.
