for some players like myself the flashing can be quite disctracting and annoying so an option to remove it would be nice

yes the card borders and yes they are, maybe it is a moving frame but an option to have non moving frame would be nice then :P

Thanks for confirming. It looks like I accidentally stepped on that code when making a recent change. Mogri restored it.
