table=270543167 shows the same bug: I do not get the key bonus — only the two movements of the gold track are available.

table #279611186 also shows this bug, I can only advanced gold track without a key action, but seams it was still counted in the Keys End Bonus and I got 40vp from it

The current implementation allows you only to get the city either by reaching Osaka #8 or Beijing #17. According to the German manual you should get it twice! See further information here: boardgamearena.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=35098
