Your table had the experimental adjustments enabled. The reason for the experimental adjustments is to determine whether the proposed changes to the civilizations are problematic.
If you believe that the change to the Alchemists is OP, please play more games with the experimental adjustments enabled so that the publisher has plenty of data points from which to make such a determination.
Your bug has probably been fixed already, or was linked to a temporary failure of BGA service.
In any case, when filling a bug report, make sure to have an explicit title linked to the incident (ex: with error message), so other players can recognize it and vote for it.
