When I am starting player(I play the character that you get bonusses when you roll dice, Isabella Donati), the other player(who plays the character that you don't have to pay for traveling, but also can't use two of the traveling spaces, Gantulga Od) may start. He can't get to be starting player but when I am starting player, he may start. I don't understand, is this a bug?

don't follow. the characters played don't impact starting player for next round. it is whoever has the hourglass.
