No, it's not. Card play order is important in Yaniv, and players may consider changing the composition of playing set too.

There's a reset button, and there's a Take a random card button, and there's Click an already played card button.

No, there are only 2 buttons during throw phase: reset and confirm.
Draw card button is for draw/pickup phase.
Draw card button is for draw/pickup phase.
