What I don't know is whether clicking the iteration gears would have worked; the logs shows "(player) does not use the Iterator or Iteration Gears effect" (i.e. clicked the skip button) but it's possible that doing anything else caused errors at that point.
There are a bunch of cancelled turns starting at 433, so this may have been a last-ditch attempt to get a game turn finished.
