as the patterns on the cards are very important to the gameplay it would probably be better to put them in multiple rows for small screens and a wider row for wider screens.• あなたのブラウザは何ですか?

Done. But consider that you can have more than 6 cards in hand and there is not enough space, in this case cards overlap. But if you click on the card it shows fully so you can see all the pattern.
