always display the collector queue on top (even I am guesser)
since there are only updating info in the collector queue, if it is located in the bottom we need to constantly scroll down
it would be better if it always display as collecter->main cards->guesser

The norm for BGA interfaces is for the player's board to be displayed on top, and I think players would be confused if their display switches between the top and bottom boards.
