The tooltip mentions you can get a max of 28 points, however that only exists in the original base game rulebook, the ultimate railroads rulebook makes no mention that there's a cap• ルールの間違いはゲームのリプレイで確認できますか?そうであれば、行動番号は何番ですか?

alright just finished that table and at move 168, only 28 points were awarded, but there shouldn't be a cap on those points afaik
