It is possible to build a stack of factories on the shared industry board.

I just noticed another important issue with this: If you see a tooltip for a lower card in the stack, it tells you the wrong "stock" size (stack size?). It is important to know what the stack size is everywhere, since it determines which factor(ies) you can overwrite.

I have noticed that you can move pointer around to try to get the right tooltip, but the *stack* size doesn't always seem to correspond.
My workaround has been to take an action, when available, to place a factory. Then the playable locations will be revealed. Then backout.
