• BGAで正しく実装されていないルールはどの部分ですか?
Anytime card says after i rescue the next cat, i should be allowed to rescue an additional one but the game didn't have anyway for me to do that. When I tried to click on the cat tiles, or anywhere else, nothing happened.

yes, move 85 - 88. 85 is where I played the anytime card.

For the original bug (table 203982542), I can see in the log on move 85 that purple1203 rescued 3 cats in one turn after having played 2 cards that allows to rescue an extra cat. So it seems to work.
For the bug reported by froggygirl311 (table 204547199), I can see I the log that you did not have enough basket to do a rescue. You can recue an extra cat but you must still have a basket and enough fish. So this is not a bug.
For the last table (204310724), from the log I can see that purple1203 does not have have enough. So this is not a bug.
