Did you see this at a specific move in this table, or do you have it all the time with all tables?
And with all devices, or only something specific on your mobile or something like that?
I cannot reproduce and it don't see the issue when replaying this table either.
Discard pile is working exactly the same as in regular Fluxx by the way, an I haven't seen any reports or comments like this about it.

I looked into LittleDogFido's game couldn't see it either but in my game boardgamearena.com/archive/replay/210722-0900/?table=189615793&player=89502192&comments=89502192;&goto=11# on move 15 with my opponent with her Time Traveler and Time Portal combo it happens.

UPDATE: in boardgamearena.com/archive/replay/210729-1046/?table=191701574&player=89502192&comments=89502192; on move 30 using the Time Portal alone (without the Time Traveler Keeper Combo) into the future causes the discard pile to be invisible. I haven't tried using the Time Portal in the past yet to test it out if it has the same effect. My past post also my opponent used the future in her game as well.

Confirmed, Time Portal action with Future chosen causes the deck to reshuffle, and this has incorrect side effect of also clearing the discard pile.
