I have tried to play Battle of Lits from my Nokia Lumia 735 phone running WP8.1 with the default browser Internet Explorer and with UC Browser.
The game table is terribly unstable from time to time the map is re-drawn completely different (the distribution of Xs and Os gets changed) making it impossible to play the game. I didn't find any way to force a refresh which would re-draw the map to a trust-worthy state, playing the game becomes a complete gamble.

Refresh, zooming or simply selecting squares int the game (anything which forces a re-draw) results in a changed distribution of Xs and Os.
Please see this snapshots from Battle of LITS n°18696253. You can clearly see that the table number is constant but during the game the distribution of Xs and Os changes:

Your bug has probably been fixed already, or was linked to a temporary failure of BGA service.
In any case, when filling a bug report, make sure to have an explicit title linked to the incident (ex: with error message), so other players can recognize it and vote for it.
