I think I know what the problem is. Not all of the Polish text was translated and validated by a Polish translator. You can go to boardgamearena.com/translationhq?language=pl_PL and see Penalty Challenge is 50% validated. Click 'Translate now' and see what the previous translator put

Great! I made some progress. I read the documentation again and saw that I was putting some of the code in the wrong place. The translations should work now.
