Was waiting for the other player to make his/her first move till their time was up (everything else seemed per normal and I was using my home wifi which is stable so it shouldn't have been a connection issue), then suddenly it shows that I'm the one who timed out. Got thumbed down and it reflected that I had timed and forfeited the game as a result.
