when I try to enter this turn-based game (which was over 60% complete), the on-screen messages stay as "Application loading..." and "Connecting to your game..." and then nothing else happens

it's been this way for hours. I am successfully able to play other games on the BGA site - bother in real time and turn-based.

Board comes up on the screen, but with no pieces showing. At the top it says "Application loading".
Both the games of "Uptown" I'm playing are doing this. All other BGA games seem to be working fine.
