I had Bloody Mary + one card: I lost round 9 and the game allowed me to play Bloody Mary in round 10 (the game ended with 2 cards in my hand)

I'm struggling to reproduce this on studio. I have one suspicion, so I've deployed a fix which should help. Time will tell.
