During endgame Move 444 I was a hair from clicking 'confirm' of my selected artifacts to be delivered then the menu refreshed due to other players actions and when it came back the 'confirm' button had moved over slightly and instead the "Skip' was in in the place of the origin 'confirm' button. Anyhow, as I was in mid-click, I skipped my entire delivery phase! I would suggest ensuring that the buttons don't move around like that or adding a confirm button when selecting skip.
