This happens to me in 10% of my games. I have audio+written notification enabled to even nofity me in case i alt+tab, but i got none. I hate to lose ELO, Arena and Karma points because your codes just dont work!
AND I rejoined the game halfway and miracleously WON it, so I pretty much deserve some praising for doing such an impossible task. Or a recompensation - if you like that better - for your functions repeatedly not working. Really... both sound AND visual notification failign to work REGURARLY? Since years!!! When do you plan to repair it already? Or at least dont punish ME for you doing a bad job. I am so pissed off right now.
