I was confused about this in the beginning too, but the 2 winning team mates are both considered winners and thus it is considered a “tie” between these 2 for first place.
This is exactly the same for other equivalent BGA games like Belote etc

2020年10月20日 12:14 • If belote is doing 1st and 3rd instead of winner/loser, then it is also wrong.
It's still apparently wrong anyway, but having it end as "Winner/Loser" means that if someone has a much higher elo, and then end up winning, the elo gets cancelled to 0 rather than negative.

Like I said, there is not much that can be done about this in Klaverjassen itself, this is meta stuff going on in the BGA Framework out of the game.
It turns out there has been a general open bug report about this for a long time already, so I can only suggest you upvote it there:
