On July 20,2020, playing 2 players Headchick and Crankybee, site would freeze after every move. Then it would give message the it was either updating game or connecting to server. Pieces would be placed on one player, but jump to a different spot. It would take two turns to correct. Pieces not aligned to correct match were left as acceptable by the board. Board sat for 7 minutes with each player given message that game was waiting for the other player. Timed out Crankybee by over 14 minutes, when game would not respond to his choices. Then would state waiting for Server to update. Checked our internet and we were strong at 5G with boost.
There was a graphic update to the game, which looks great, but if this is interfering with game play, it isn't good. Finally quit game when Crankybee totally froze in the game only for the 7 minutes. We really like this game, but waiting 4 minutes for a play makes it cumbersome.

I was playing and one player had not played in awhile. He seemed to be lagging. Then it was my turn and I placed a tile but when I went to hit "confirm placement" it was frozen. I tried to refresh the screen several times and the game just seemed locked up. Eventually, the game returned and said I had taken too long and gave me a penalty. I checked my internet connection and it was fine. I tried to load BGA in another browser window, while the screen was locked and it would not load. There was definitely something wrong with your servers as my internet connection was fine. It's not fair that I was penalized. I had a perfect record before this.

En pleine partie (coup 36 ) le jeu s'est bloqué sur un autre joueur et le temps ne se décomptait plus. J'avais l'impression que ce joueur avait un beug mais plus personne ne jouait et je n'avait plus aucun moyen de voir l'avancée du jeu . Je ne comprends pas pourquoi ma réputation a baissé alors que je ne pouvais plus jouer.

Carcassonne (Aug 13th 2021 12:36). Game froze and had to be refreshed on every turn. I believe that my connection was fine. Evenutually booted and penalized.

partie 201920941: j'ai pris un pion de mon adversaire sur son chateau (couronne bleu), puis plus aucune commande possible. j'ai rafraichi avec F5 , le jeu ne revient pas, ça reste bloqué sur la page d'attente.

Now my ELO is terrible. It's frustrating to have open tickets for multiple games and have zero response. Oh well, these are only games, right? Oh wait. It affects who plays with you and you're paying for a unreliable service.

In some cases, like in this game #256969087, when dragon starts 'eats' the game stops like another player did not make his move. So I was waiting for his move, and suddenly I have got the information that I was kicked from the game because of reach the limit of time.
Rarely, but it happens that game crash (for example on iPad) but the solution was F5 key. In this case, it looks like game didnt crash and like another player should make his move. In the same time the clock is counting down YOUR time and players kicked u due to your fault. It's not fair.

1. Can u fix this problem?

I had the same issue yesterday and then I received a message that I abandonned a game however I couldn't do anything. How can that flag be deleted from my account, I never left or will never leave any game for no reason.

I even got a popup message after few minutes that Page Unresposive - Wait - Exit page

I had the same issue this morning. The page froze. I tried to refresh it and resulted in a blank screen.

When the game was finally loaded, I got kicked out of the game by other players due to reach the limit of time.

My ELO was minus 23 because of this technical error. If the definition of ELO is to represent how skillful you are at the game, it shouldn't be used as a punishment for these kind of technical errors.

J’ai eut un problème en jouant à Carcassonne. J’avais placé une tuile, puis tout s’est figé, impossible de valider, d’envoyer un message aux joueurs. L’horloge tournait comme si je réfléchissais, mais je ne pouvais faire aucune action. Je jouais sur tablette. J’ai quitté le serveur et suis revenu et la partie en cours avait disparu. Comme si je n’avais jamais joué cette partie de Carcassonne.
Merci de me donner une explication...

Поставил тайл с вулканом, появился дракон, страница с игрой зависла и не обновлялась (не было ответа от сайта). Через несколько минут мне удалось зайти на сайт, но игра уже была завершена.

exactly this happened to me: the BGA website went down and was frozen.

when I returned I saw a sign that BGA is exerpeincing difficulties and all ELO lost will be returned.

But I am still waiting for the repration of the 19 ELO points stolen because of these frozen bugs:

Refreshing the page did not help. It just kept saying the site is not responding. Very sad, lost a lot of karma because i got expelled when I was unable to do anything.

Was on android phone it was saying that my opponent was not responding then I got a notification that I was booted for not responding and got -20 for abandoning the game. I'm not sure if it happened to the other player but I don't think either of us should be penalized l.

Early in the game I was not able to make any moves and it ran my time down. Also I noticed sometimes directly after this glitch the other player would play multiple turns in a row which is not normal legal in the confines of the game.

I was playing on the app on an Android phone.
The screen looked normal except that the tile to be played was empty with a white border.
I restarted my phone but it wouldn't fix the issue.

Twice the game has froze on me and I had Karma points deducted 😠 Both times it happened when I place a game piece down ahead of time (during my opponent's tun and they put their game piece in the same place. Everything froze for me. If this continues, I will cancel my subscription.

duel 7 wonders after opp played game said updating move and went into frozen position. My opps hourglass kept turning and their time went into negative. my opp messaged me that her/his play had been registered. This is the 4th time in 2 weeks that I have reported this bug. and of course i get penalized with karma points. It is annoying that this has happened so often and if it continues I would like my premium membership returned

Once again the screen froze / flicked between black blocks and the game screen. No action could be taken and we were close to the end of the game and I was expelled. So frustrating. I won't play Carcassone again. Shame, but this has happened 3 oe 4 times now and it has just cost me 20 points.

The game completely froze. Could not do ANYTHING. Using Safari.
I choose slow game as this has happened with Carcasonne previously, but I still couldn't move.
It's so disheartening to get a time penalty when I did nothing wrong; I'm starting to be disappointed with BGA for this reason.

En jouant aux Aventuriers du rail, les joueurs étaient déconnecté chacun à leur tour, puis reconnectés, et quand c'est arrivé à moi, j'ai été bloqué, je sélectionnais une carte wagon, mais pas de réponse du jeu et quand j'en sélectionnais une autre, ca me disait qu'une action était déjà en cours. Ca a duré plusieurs minutes et ensuite ca m'a annoncé que j'étais expulsée du jeu.... alors que je n'y étais pour rien....

Ve hře jsem měla připraven tah, ale během tahu protihráče hra zamrzla. Nebylo možné udělat žádnou akci ani aktualizovat. Nepustilo mne to ani ven ze hry. Nikam nešlo kliknout ani se nikam pohnout. Následně byla hra ukončena s tím že jsem přesáhla čas a byla vyloučena s penalizaci. Toto považuji za neoprávněné s ohledem na to že za toto nemohu. Internet byl stabilní i zařízení na kterém jsem hrála.

My action wasn't registered and the page froze, the game stopped responding, refreshing the page resulted in a blank screen, the game would not load, tried accessing it from another device but same result. Probably your servers were down. Please resolve and return the -25 ELO penalty I get, that is unfair.

Blank page when I refreshed the page, error that the page is not loading and is unresponsive

This happened before during carcassonne. It never happens in other games. Please return my good rating. thanks kindly
