You should assume that the implementation of Seasons on BGA respects the rules and clarifications on the rules made by the designer; unless you have evidence that this is not the case.
For simple questions on rule points, I invite you to open a new topic in the forum dedicated to Seasons on this site, the bug management system not being designed for that.
