The graphic shows the rewards for fulfilling this order will be 1 import and 5vp. The tool tip shows the reward will be 4vp and 2 assistant movement, and this is what happens when the order is completed.

Just started a new game and the two Great Britain orders whose rewards are switched are both in the Port at the moment...

So they have the same requirements but their rewards are different and have been inverted somewhere behind the scenes.
