During this game, I couldn’t build a cottage with the spécial power of statue of the bondmaker. I had the correct pattern with a ressource on a cottage but never had option to build a cottage. Can we really use a ressource stored on the cottage?

I’d like to help figure this out. On which move number did it occur?
In order to diagnose what’s happening, we need to know where to look in your game. You can find the current move number by looking in the upper-left corner where the progression is indicated (in landscape for mobile users). You can also find the move number by clicking on the log and looking at the link that’s provided when it offers you the option to replay from that point. Or you can click the 'View game replay' button after the game ends and either find it in the log or walk through the replay.
Also, do you have a screenshot?

Just check the final position of the game, I still have the correct pattern for a cottage in the left upper corner. Or maybe I didn't understand the bondmaker statue power... can we use the stored ressource on a cottage?

The final position doesn't show me what you were seeing. You didn't include a screenshot, so I don't know what you saw while playing. Thus, I need to know a specific move number to investigate.

You filed a bug report without knowing whether it was actually a bug? I can see why you'd do htat, I guess, but it's a poor use of developer time. We chase down enough false leads as it is, all of which take away from time we could be spending to fix/improve things.
Instead, I'd encourage you to ask in the forums first if you're not sure about rules.

Yeah, Bondmaker has nothing to do with placing buildings.
Please, please clarify rules in the forums or with the the rulebook before assuming it's a bug, then putting the onus on developers to find where and what in the game you're even referring to.
