Hi! Thanks for the report. Since there’s no screenshot attached and it looks like the bug report was sent during your opponent’s turn, I’m afraid I can’t investigate much further.
If this happened during your own turn, you might be referring to the tooltips that appear when you long-press a card on mobile (similar to hovering with a mouse on desktop). Occasionally, BGA’s tooltip system can get stuck — a quick page refresh usually fixes it.

The issue is only on mobile, it’s impossible to select the goat, only the rules pop up is showing up.

Refreshing the page is not fixing the issue and it’s not a long-press button n the card.
