I had workers of strength 3, 2, 2, and they were correctly displayed as "temporary" 4-strength.
When selecting the CONVERT action with a (base) strength-2 worker, I also got the opportunity to do 4 conversions instead of 2.
However, a strength-4 worker on CONVERT should also allow to teach a dance first.

Just checked the rulebook: "If you placed a strength-4 worker on the Convert action
**and have not yet taught a dance this game,**"
First time I got the chance to do multiple dances before someone else, so I never even realized this was not allowed.
Sorry, false bug report then probably.
