1. F5 and reloading or closing and reopening browser or using different browser (chrome, safari) did not help.
2. problem occurred every time I tried to take my turn - more than 20 times over the course of a day

Thanks for reporting this, @Mamaw37. I tried to look at the game but it won't load... it's like BGA can't open it for some reason. I have no idea what might have happened, but I suspect there's a problem with the BGA engine rather than the code. I'm not saying my code is perfect, but this game has been running for years with no changes, and it's never done this. Perhaps there's something weird about this particular game that's causing a problem in the database or something...
