The beginning of the game didn't load, tried backing out and reloading but wasn't able to find the game on my table list. Had to go to my mobile app to access it from the notification - by then my time was out and my turn was skipped.

At no point did the game show up in my tables on my web browser even while I played it on the mobile app.
