It would be useful on turn-based game. disabled by default, user would have to activate it if they want it.

As a clarification: "Continue my drawing automatically untill I draw a double or a freeze card", I suppose?

cigma: if you draw a double, freeze or even another second change card, game can’t continue automatically, because you have to decide, which player should get this card.
though: there are situations where you would not want to continue automatically. For example other players could draw flip 3 card and choose you, so you have to draw 3 cards. Then the first card could make you loose your second change and the second card could make you get busted. The risk is higher the more cards you own, so you should be able to use this option for just the next 1 or 2 turns.

It may be useful for real-time games, too. You should be able to deactivate this option any time.

For turn based games in the tournament, it would be great to stay your score after you’ve played if you don’t want any more cards.That way next time it’s your turn other players don’t have to wait for you to be online. The other action against you could still happen until the stay action.
Any cards from flip three to the second chance would cancel your stay action because those require you to make a decision.
