F5 help resolves the problem but it keep repeatedly happen

it often happened with me too. (probably more often than not)
easily reproducable on workstation, and live games. (I don't play this game live on mobile phone, cause that is even more bug-y.)
I never experienced it on turn-based games (on any platform).
