So, Golden Shields can block States OR Damage, but it auto-blocked damage, I thought it'd at least ask as they're special Shields, y'know maybe you want to take the damage but prevent a later state
As such, I think Golden Shields should create a prompt for the bearer to decide if they wish to take regular damage or use their Golden Shield• あなたのブラウザは何ですか?

To clarify, I think it should still be 1st player assigns, that's fine, but if 1st player assigns damage to someone with a Golden Shield, it then shifts over to them to confirm how they wish to take it or block it
I think this should also apply to States too, so not auto-Golden, but let the bearer decide if they wish to block this State or perhaps they'd prefer to wait and block a later State
