Yes. Move 3. Lastred played an 8, but I can only see my own hand of cards. In real life, hands would be visible to all players, not just the person playing the 8 card. I'm not sure if Lastred can see everyone's hand (I'm assuming so), but my hand and Patrickdnerd's hand should be face-up for all to see.• あなたのブラウザは何ですか?

I believe this is correct behavior.

I made a couple minor updates to the notification text and the game help wiki page. Hopefully this will prevent confusion going forward
