Hello,
From what I see, you had equal points, and indeed Lupen666 has conceded.
Unfortunately, this is not something I control - this is handled by BGA's code directly, and I have no influence on it. I would suggest using the help feature (boardgamearena.com/support), then "game and players", then "Competition" and finally "I didn't get ELO points after my game".
