I clicked the block to move it and it went red, then something glitched and it said I needed to take my go, whilst the block was shifted to its new position and still red, I thought for a moment that I had been given 2 goes. But then I selected another block and as soon as I did that the first block I selected disappeared for the rest of the game.

Probably a problem with Safari, sometimes when you rotate -90 degree an object safari hide it.
you can try to rotate a little the board.
Whatching the replay all the blocks are present.
